Upon arrival in Entebbe, your guide will meet you for a relaxed afternoon birding walk through the Entebbe Botanical Gardens. This serene location along the Lake Victoria shoreline is home to a variety of forest and water species. As you walk under towering fig trees and along quiet trails, keep an eye out for the African fish eagle, Ross’s turaco, Palm-nut vulture, Black-headed gonolek, and a range of bee-eaters and weavers. The garden’s diversity provides an excellent warm-up for the days ahead. After birding, you’ll check into a comfortable guesthouse in Entebbe for dinner and overnight.
